Our founder, Frank LeCates, spent almost twenty years of his career working with independent schools across the country, and ultimately around the world, while leading his company Silverpoint.net, now a part of Finalsite.com  

After merging the company with Finalsite, Frank and his family moved to Barcelona, where he joined a peer forum of tech entrepreneur expats, and the seeds for superheads were sown.

Upon returning to Hoboken, NJ, and rejoining the Board of Trustees of his daughters' independent school, Frank recognized that the power of a peer-based forum could enhance the experience for heads of school.

Meanwhile, over in Brooklyn, NY, Frank's amigo from his Barcelona forum, Dan Hoffman, was busy creating Circl.es, the best digital peer learning platform around.
